It allows you to “thrash” the decisions a big project needs before you are in the thick of things, making success much more likely.

Parting thought.
I spent all of October on a media fast, only looking at social media at specific times and only to post, not to consume. I was happier, more productive, and more bored but in a creative way. Most of all it was the break my brain and soul needed to feel present again. I recommend you give it a try.
